Yes we can. In fact we recommend that when fitting a 82 degree thermostat that the thermofan on/off setting are altered in the tune to suit as this will prevent excessive heat soak in the engine/engine bay. Keeping the engine cooler aids in power...
We can adjust the timing at your request, but we can not guarantee the tune will be safe with NOS or any other extreme performance modification for that matter. How far you retard the timing depends on each engine setup and the quality of the fuel used et...
Unfortunately we can't, at least at the moment.
Unfortunately, we're not able to provide a tune to suit at this point in time. However, we may be able to recommend someone who can, depending on where you're located.
You either need a memcal or a re-programmed PCM as they are both basically the same thing. From VN to VT the ECU/PCM (Power Control Module) as well as the L67 powered VX/VY models were fitted with a removable chip (MEMCAL) which contains the engine...
Unfortunately we don't. We don't think that anyone else can either. The reason is the 5 speed auto is quite rare in the GM family, hence no one has bothered to develop software for it.
Unfortunately we don't. We supply memcal tunes for our "bolt on" modifications, so custom tuning a stroked engine is recommended.
We don't turn the rev limiter OFF completely, that would be irresponsible. We do raise the limit, however and if there's a reduced limiter in park/neutral, we set this to the same limit as the main rev limiter.

* Fill out a form to establish your requirements * Wait for the programmer to arrive * Then install software and drivers for the programmer * Read your current tunes from your vehicle DATA LOG (one for the engine and transmission) * Email th...
From a safety perspective probably both, otherwise on the street responsibly.
No, unfortunately you would need a Tech 2 tool or a speedo corrector box for this.
Slow shifts are good for the ride comfort, however it allows for slipping inside, which leads to wear. Increase shifting firmness will minimize wear. However, with any friction surface like that you want to minimize slippage but you don't want to har...
We recommend that our tune is run with 98ron. If you were running on old fuel and want to make the change, make sure you empty the tank completely before adding new fuel. The ESP fault is coming on due to the fact that the computer assumes that ther...
It is ideally best to install the Memcal as one of the last mods as the Memcals are pre-programmed to suit the mods currently installed on the vehicle. We can erase the Memcal and re-program it if you add mods later down the track, which we can cater for ...
This is a common issue, we can turn it off through our remote tuning service.
_TORQUE MGMT DELETE (AUTO TRANS)_ Reduces/eliminates the ability for the ECU to reduce performance under heavy load (think burn outs, or hard manual shifts). i.e. greater reduction in torque management will cause harder shifts. _SPEED LIMITER DELETE_ ...
We can supply MEMCAL (tunes) to suit all our bolt on modifications except the large MAF which at this stage still requires a full custom tune.
Generally we adjust the fuelling and ignition maps. We can also adjust the transmission shift points for a more performance orientation (except for the 5 speed autos).
Generally we recommend using 98RON fuel for the later model engines, engines with higher performance, higher compression and super/turbocharged engines. The reason is because the octane level of a fuel is proportional to its anti-knock/detonation qu...
Normally under the dash, near the pedals.
The new exhaust will change engine performance somewhat, in particular the torque curve as the twin system should perform better in the low-mid rpm range. Although the PCM will be able to self-learn to a degree, to get the most from the new exhaust it is ...
Yes. They improve torque as well as improve air distribution which will allow the engine to use more timing safely.
It's not needed as improving the shift times/pressures will actually increase transmission life (less slippage = less heat/wear). These tune alterations do electronically what the shift kit does mechanically to a degree. If you still want to toug...
